Black Women in Opera (B.W.I.O.), LLC offers exciting opportunities for sponsorship for the inaugural B.W.I.O. Festival (BWIO Fest), a virtual conference for opera singers to be held on October 3, 2020 from 8:30AM-7:00PM. Our sponsorship philosophy builds upon a foundation of collaborative partnership and creating meaningful content for BWIO Fest. Sponsors make an investment in B.W.I.O. to uplift the values of a more inclusive opera experience for artists, creators, administrators, and audiences. B.W.I.O. seeks to highlight the past and present achievements of Black opera singers. We create communities that uplift artists throughout their journeys in music. Through this mission, we educate the public on the value and importance of Black opera history and its artists.

Steps to BWIO Fest Sponsorship

Fill out the sponsorship form (below), and a representative will contact you within 48 hours.
Choose from the various sponsorship levels listed below.
Sponsorship with @blackwomeninopera (Social Media) and blackwomeninopera.com
Sponsors Vibrato and above will be featured on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). The feature will remain on the accounts until two weeks after the event (October 17, 2020). Featured sponsors will be tagged with their social media accounts, their hashtag will be used, or their organization name will be included in an image caption. Featured sponsors will also be featured in the sponsorship section of the BWIO website. Contact Renee at info@blackwomeninopera.com with any questions.
Sponsorship Rules and Guidelines
Sponsors have no/limited editorial control or influence over our program curation.
Sponsors Vibrato and above logos will be displayed in the digital book, on social media platforms (limited time), on the website, and at the beginning/end of edited YouTube content from BWIO Fest.
Sponsors Vibrato and above may give away their branded products/materials to BWIO Fest participants.
All press and press releases must be approved by the BWIO Fest program's media liaison: info@blackwomeninopera.com.
Sponsorship levels Spinto and above may provide commercials for the day of the event to be played during BWIO Fest. These sponsors and BWIO Fest officials can produce a video about the sponsor’s contribution to BWIO Fest, to be shared on our website or the sponsor’s social media channels.
